By registering and using the website service, you agree that the website may include advertisements in the shortened URLs, which is a requirement for the website to maintain itself.

By using our services, you agree not to:

a) - Advertise “CURT URL” on PTC sites .
b) - Place shortened links on websites that contain content that may be threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, contain viruses, contain software that may cause damage to the viewer or the Site server.
c) - Reduce URLs that redirect to sites containing questionable content.
d) - Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized acts, including copyright infringement, child pornography, threats, defamation, stalking, abuse, harassment, or violation of the legal rights of any person or entity.
e) - Offer an incentive or ask the visitor to click on the links.
f) - Send “SPAM” to websites, forums and blogs.
g) - Automated fake traffic of any kind to your links. This will result in your account being terminated by our system.
h) - Automatically redirect to a website's shortened URL.
i) - Open your shortened URLs using a pop-ups or pop under.
J) - Click on your own shortened URLs to generate revenue.
11- Create URL redirects or similar services to increase your revenue.
J) - Transmit files that contain “VIRUSES”, “SPYWARE”, “ADWARE”, “TROJAN HORSE” or other harmful code.
l) - Interfere with other publishers who are using the Site service.
m) - Create multiple accounts.
n) - Providing false or incomplete data.

The Service uses the Internet to receive and redirect requests for Uniform Resource Locators (“URLs”).
The curturl.net website provides users with the ability to use a URL across the World Wide Web and within the curturl.net system itself .
The user may use the URL to redirect the URL request to another URL of their choosing, provided that it meets the guidelines of the “ Terms of Use” .
The website assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to redirect requests to URLs.
The number of redirects that a shortened URL may receive through the service is “ONE” redirect per “IP” and if a visitor redirects from multiple “URLs” of the same website, only “ONE” of the “URLs” will be counted.
The website receives revenue from the advertisements served and for each advertisement displayed on the website, only one display per “IP” is counted.

The curturl.net website  does not allow the use of redirects that are redirected to other redirect URLs made on other redirect services.
 A few hundred hits per day is one thing, but if you are routing a large number of hits through a shortened URL through another redirect, chances are the shortened URL will be disabled.
You are solely responsible for the content of your transmissions through the Service. Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

You agree to:

1 - Comply with laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported through the Service;
2 - Not use the Site for any illegal purpose; 3
- Not interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service; 
4 - Comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service.

curturl.net strongly believes that sending unsolicited bulk email “SPAM” constitutes theft of service and we do not condone the use of our Service for this purpose. If we receive complaints that a redirect URL has been used for this purpose, we will investigate the complaints thoroughly, ensure that the user is sending “SPAM” and take legal action against the owner of that URL. You agree not to transmit through the service any “ILLEGAL” , “HOSTILE” , “DEFAMATORY” , “ABUSIVE” and “THREATENING” material .


The user further agrees not to transmit any material that is offensive or violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
The user must not interfere with another user's use of the services. The curturl.net website will terminate the user if these terms are not complied with.
Our terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice and use of the service by the user is the acknowledgement of the “Terms of Use” as well as its modifications.
Your password and account are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your password and account.
You are also responsible for any and all activity under your account and your password and information may be changed at any time.
The user is obliged to notify the curturl.net website of any misuse of your account or any other breach of security.
The user of the curturl.net website may terminate the service with or without cause at any time and with immediate effect and the curturl.net website will not be liable for termination of services.
